Each year we book several different trips to that there's always something for everyone. Our annual trips include Yellowstone, Zion, and Alaska.
Our trips are designed for children who likely would not otherwise have the chance to experience these amazing adventures. We can do this tanks to household income-based grant money that's available for parents to apply for.
Each trip lasts about 6-8 days.
Yes! We have one chaperone for every four children, so you can come along in the role. You will need to submit a full background check. Because we rely on limited grants and donations, those funds are for the kids. Parents/chaperones must cover their own expenses.
Unfortunately, that's not an option, as we have to keep the group safely together until we're back home.
Yes, they are co-ed. The children are housed based on gender.
Cell service is very limited inside the national parks. However, we do carry a satellite phone for emergencies. When we do have a cell service or wifi, we try to post daily activities on social media so that you can see all the fun your child is having with us.
We do have a requirement for particular documents and will need you to submit a full application package including:
Child’s ID for kids 16 and over, or parent’s ID for kids 15 and under
Copies of all medical insurance cards
Letters of reference for each child
We emphasize unity and teamwork, so we do everything together throughout our program.
Not a problem! We can work through any dietary needs that your child may have.
No. We don't have or require any religious components or elements during our trips.
All medical needs are discussed with parents and chaperones as needed prior to the trip. There may be some limitations or issues in certain cases if a child's medicine has to be refrigerated.
Yes. Our trip leader is certified in first aid and CPR.
The safety of every child is our top priority. We work closely with the national park service and carry medical emergency supplies with us at all times.
We maintain a balance of having 4 children to 1 chaperone, plus as east one adult guide.
